To relieve this issue you can increase the humidity on the machine. You can also try biotene for dry mouth.
This is due to not having the correct settings on your humidifier. Adjust the settings between the heated tubing and the heat setting on your humidifier. If trouble persists, please give us a call.
Parkway does not recommend the use of any cleaning equipment that uses ozone. This is because ozone does not disinfect the machine. Additionally, if ozone is used to clean CPAP equipment, it voids the warranty of your machine.
Double check that you have the correct tubing. DreamStation tubing is white, Resmed AS10 tubing is gray with a white electrical cord, and Resmed S9 tubing is gray with an orange electrical cord.
Also, make sure the connection part of your mask isn’t in your old tube. If there are double rings in the tubing, then there is a part of your old mask stuck
in the tubing. Remove mask piece from tube and try to re-connect tubing.
You will need to detach the humidifier from the blower and clean the back part of the blower part of the machine. Then reattach the humidifier and blower back together (this may require a little force).
